Department of Education

Master schedule SharePoint web application is an internal web tool within the Department of Education.
It is designed to submit, approve and prioritise project changes.

Role
Lead UI/UX Designer

Key Contribution
Optimise the entire Master Schedule structure and re-design the layout through simplified entry points for various users (change approver & requester), usability tests existing submission form to improve the form navigation, progressing bar, form UI design and wording, re-layout and design home and schedule views according to department’s brand guidelines, and some feature generations.
